Course description

Students develop focused assessment skills related to the physical and psychosocial aspects of the individual. Interviewing and history-taking skills as well as psychomotor skills such as inspection, palpation, percussion and auscultation are practiced using relevant technology. Students also acquire an understanding of the concepts of holistic nursing practice and transcultural considerations
